INFOOD 2025: Montreux

On September 30th, the Casino Barrière in Montreux was transformed into a showcase of Italian flavors thanks to the INFOOD – From Breakfast to Coffee event, organized by Ristorfoods in collaboration with Quality Taste. This event inaugurated a gourmet tour dedicated to promoting Italian food and wine excellence in Switzerland, the first stop on a traveling itinerary that will visit several Swiss cities and stems from the desire to create new connections between producers, professionals, and food enthusiasts.

A CULTURAL BRIDGE THROUGH FOOD
Ristorfoods has always believed in sharing and cultural exchange, particularly in the food and wine world. INFOOD was born from this very vision: to create authentic moments of encounter, where the product and the human connection take center stage again, reviving the spirit of convivial fairs of the past, but with a modern perspective on dialogue between companies and industry professionals.

TWENTY COMPANIES PROTAGONISTS
The beating heart of the event were the 20 Italian companies present, selected for their quality, identity, and ability to represent true Made in Italy food. Each presented its products for tasting, enriching the day with presentations, tastings, and cooking demonstrations that engaged and intrigued visitors. The participating companies helped create an imaginary journey through Italy, showcasing regions, traditions, production techniques, and innovation. From artisanal products to the most sought-after regional specialties, from sweet to savory, from baked goods to excellent dairy products, from spirits to premium coffees. Each stand represented a family story, passion, and expertise, elements that captured the attention of both professionals and curious gourmets.

AN OPEN, DYNAMIC, AND WIDELY PARTICIPATED EVENT
The day saw the participation of numerous HoReCa industry players, specialty stores, buyers, distributors, chefs, and restaurateurs. A diverse audience was able to discover, taste, and get to know Italian producers selected for their quality, authenticity, and ability to represent true Made in Italy. Food and beverage tastings, cooking demonstrations, and opportunities for direct discussion between companies and professionals created a vibrant atmosphere, rich in stimuli and business opportunities. INFOOD thus established itself as a place to forge new relationships, consolidate existing ones, and experience firsthand the extraordinary quality of Italian products.
